Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’m a therapist serving the North Dallas area, with telehealth available throughout Texas and Florida. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are ready for things to feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.
Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and tailored to real life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, parenting stress, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to figure out what actually helps.
