Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, supporting a child with big emotions, your family is in transition due to divorce or separation, working through past trauma, or trying to reconnect in your marriage. I provide counseling for children, teens, young adults, parents, couples, and individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC #81248) and telehealth in Florida, with specialized training in perinatal mental health, EMDR for trauma and PTSD, couples counseling (PACT Level 1, Prepare/Enrich), and child-centered approaches including TBRI and Autplay. I also offer Christian counseling upon request.

  • Sessions available: 45-, 60-, or 90-minutes for couples

  • Out-of-network provider; superbills available for insurance reimbursement

  • In-person and telehealth counseling offered
